Boral Limited has announced the extension of its on-market share buy-back program until May 31, 2024, coinciding with the extended offer period of the takeover bid by Seven Group Holdings Limited’s subsidiary. This move is part of a negotiated package to increase value for shareholders, and follows the acquisition of over 17 million Boral shares through the program.
