Boeing Company is undergoing major leadership changes, with CEO David L. Calhoun set to resign at the end of 2024 and Lawrence W. Kellner stepping down as Chair of the Board. The Board, shrinking in numbers, has appointed Steven M. Mollenkopf as Kellner’s successor. Additionally, Stephanie F. Pope is taking over as President and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, marking a significant reshuffle at the top of the aerospace giant.
