Bodycote plc (GB:BOY) has released an update.
Bodycote plc, a global leader in heat treatment and specialist thermal processing services, has announced that their Group Chief Executive, Stephen Harris, has been appointed as the Chairman of Videndum plc. Harris previously took on the role of Non-Executive Director and Chairman designate at Videndum in November of last year. The appointment is effective immediately as per the announcement.
