BluGlass Limited has reported a change in the director Jean-Michel Pelaprat’s interest in the company, indicating transactions involving shares and performance rights. Jean-Michel Pelaprat acquired 54,055 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and the same number of Listed Options, while 700,000 Performance Rights lapsed. Post these changes, Pelaprat holds 366,555 shares and 54,055 options exercisable at $0.046 each, along with a reduced number of performance rights.
