BlueBet Holdings Ltd has announced a strategic merger with betr, aiming to craft a powerhouse in the Australian online wagering market, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals. The merger is complemented by a $20 million Equity Raising to drive the combined entity’s growth and cover merger-related costs. This move is expected to significantly increase market share, operational efficiency, and profitability, with EBITDA profitability anticipated in the first half of FY25.
