BlueBet Holdings Ltd has acknowledged the existence of unannounced information pertaining to its proposed acquisition of Betr’s wagering business and an associated equity capital raising, which could explain recent unusual trading activity. The company initially withheld the information under a confidentiality rule but moved to disclose it after confidentiality was compromised, as reported by the Australian Financial Review. BlueBet has since announced the merger and is launching a $20 million equity raising, while confirming compliance with all relevant listing rules.
