Sharon Rothstein will step down from her position as a Class III member of Block, Inc.’s Board of Directors after her term ends on June 18, 2024, coinciding with the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting. Her departure, due to a desire to focus on other professional and personal endeavors, comes with no discord regarding the company’s operations. In light of her exit, Block, Inc. is expected to reduce its Board size from ten to nine members.
