BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC GBP (GB:THRG) has released an update.
BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC has announced the purchase of 25,000 of its own ordinary shares, which will be held in treasury, at a weighted average price of 588.18p per share. Following the transaction, the company now holds over 10% of its issued share capital in treasury, affecting the total shares in circulation and voting rights. The market must now use the updated figure of 92,173,864 ordinary shares for notification purposes.
