As of April 29, 2024, BlackRock’s total combined voting rights in Serco decreased from 9.16% to 8.17%, now holding 89,237,719 voting rights. This shift follows an acquisition or disposal of financial instruments by BlackRock, reflecting a noteworthy change in the ownership structure of the UK-based service and outsourcing company.
