BlackBerry (BB) has shared an announcement.
Laurie Smaldone Alsup will leave her position as a director at BlackBerry Limited after deciding not to seek re-election at the upcoming Annual Meeting on June 25, 2024. Having served since 2015, her departure is not due to any conflict with the company’s operations or policies. BlackBerry plans to nominate Lori O’Neill, an experienced corporate director and financial consultant with a history at Deloitte LLP, as her replacement on the board.
