Black Rock Mining Ltd has announced key approvals for US$153 million in loan facilities to develop the Mahenge Graphite Project in Tanzania, including a US$113 million term loan and US$40 million in additional debt facilities. The company also secured A$10 million through a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors and is preparing for first production in 2026. Strategic partnership discussions with POSCO International Corporation for a potential US$40 million equity investment are progressing, with final approvals expected shortly.
