Black Cat Syndicate Ltd. (AU:BC8) has released an update.
Black Cat Syndicate Limited has announced promising outcomes from the updated scoping study for their Coyote Gold Operation, projecting strong financial returns with an initial production target of 200,000 ounces at 3.7 grams per tonne gold. The study suggests a rapid restart possibility, with first gold expected approximately 7 months following the refurbishment of the processing facility, and a reduced maximum cash drawdown to about $56 million. Despite the positive forecast, which includes an All-in Sustaining Cost in the lower third of Australian gold producers and an Operating Cashflow of around $295 million, the company cautions investors about the preliminary nature of the study and the potential need for significant funding to realize these outcomes.
