Bitfarms Ltd., a leading Bitcoin mining company, has established a $375 million at-the-market equity program with H.C. Wainwright & Co. The program allows Bitfarms to sell shares at market prices in the U.S. to fund capital expenditures and general corporate needs. No sales have been made yet under the program, which can be terminated at any time by either party.
