Bitcoin Well Inc. is launching a private placement of their units, aiming to raise between C$1.25 million and C$2.1 million, with the potential for an increase to C$2.54 million if an additional option is exercised. The offering, priced at C$0.175 per unit, includes common shares and warrants, with the latter allowing holders to purchase additional shares at C$0.275 for 36 months post-closing. Haywood Securities Inc. has been appointed to oversee the process as the exclusive agent and bookrunner.
