Bitcoin Depot (BTM) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Jackie Marks has announced her resignation from the Board of Directors and as Audit Committee Chair of Bitcoin Depot Inc., effective July 1, 2024. Her departure is amicable, with no disputes or disagreements prompting the decision. The company plans to fill her positions by appointing a new director to the Board and selecting a replacement for the Audit Committee Chair.
