BirdDog Technology Ltd. has announced the resignation of Andrew Baxter and Peter Cooke as Non-executive Directors, effective immediately. While Baxter will continue to support BirdDog and its future, Cooke will apply his MedTech expertise to further develop the company’s medical collaboration tool, Remedi. The company reassures stakeholders that the current Board composition remains strong and capable of handling BirdDog’s growing scale and complexity.
