Biophytis SA, a biotech firm focusing on age-related diseases, announced the adoption of all its proposed resolutions at the Combined General Meeting on June 24, 2024. Shareholder engagement allowed the meeting to proceed with a quorum of 34%. Key resolutions included the approval of the 2023 financial statements and the re-election of three directors for another three-year term.
