Bilibili (BILI) has released an update.
Bilibili Inc. has maintained a stable share structure in March 2024, with no changes in the number of authorised or issued shares in its two classes of WVR ordinary shares, Class Y and Class Z. The total authorised/registered share capital at the end of the month stood firm at USD 1,000,000. Notably, the balance of Class Z ordinary shares has also stayed constant, excluding a set number reserved for future issuance under the company’s share incentive plans.
