Big Lots (BIG) has issued an announcement.
Big Lots, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to eleven members and appointed Maureen B. Short, previously the CFO of Upbound Group, to fill the new position. She will serve on the Board and contribute to the Audit and Capital Allocation Planning Committees until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Her appointment follows standard procedures without any undisclosed arrangements, and she will be compensated in line with the other non-employee directors.
