BHP Group Limited has announced the appointment of Donald Lindsay as an independent Non-executive Director effective from 1 May 2024. Upon his appointment, Lindsay does not hold any shares in the company, either as the registered holder or otherwise, indicating no initial direct financial interest in BHP Group Limited.
