BGMC International Ltd. has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) originally set for September 9, 2024, to September 24, 2024, due to administrative reasons, with the book closure period remaining unchanged. Additionally, the company has disclosed that Datuk Kang Hua Keong will retire as an independent non-executive Director and not seek re-election at the postponed AGM, resulting in the withdrawal of the resolution concerning his re-election.
