BGMC International Proposes Share Consolidation

BGMC International Ltd. (HK:1693) has released an update.

BGMC International Ltd. has announced a proposal to consolidate its shares, where every fifty existing shares will be merged into one consolidated share, and to change the board lot size from 4,000 to 1,000 shares, subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming EGM. The consolidation aims to reorganize the company’s capital structure without affecting the net asset value or operations, and a circular with further details is expected to be sent to shareholders by 9 July 2024.
