The Berkeley Group Holdings plc has announced the buyback and cancellation of 44,236 of its own shares on April 17, 2024, as authorized by its shareholders. The shares were purchased through Barclays at prices ranging from 4550p to 4594p, with a volume weighted average of 4573.2638p. Following this transaction, the total number of shares in issuance stands at 106,006,525.
