Benton Resources Inc. is seeking regulatory approval for a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $2.36 million by issuing over 15 million units at $0.15 each, including share purchase warrants. The proceeds will fund the advancement of its Great Burnt Copper-Gold project in Newfoundland and cover working capital needs. The private placement includes finder’s fees and warrants, with all securities subject to a four-month hold period.
