Lithium Energy Ltd. (AU:LEL) has released an update.
Bentley Capital Limited has sold its subsidiary, Scarborough Resources Pty Ltd, to Lithium Energy Limited, including a portfolio of tenements in Western Australia that are prospective for rare earth elements. The sale lifts Bentley’s voluntary suspension on ASX and includes a 0.5% Net Smelter Return Royalty on future mineral production, plus reimbursement for past expenditures. This strategic move allows Bentley to avoid the significant costs associated with exploration and production while retaining a financial stake in potential mineral discoveries.
