Bens Creek Group plc, a metallurgical coal mine owner supplying the steel industry, has announced the adjournment of a preliminary court hearing for its Chapter 11 Process. The hearing in West Virginia was postponed to May 8, 2024, to allow consideration of a second debtor-in-possession finance offer alongside the initial $14.5 million proposal from Avani Resources Pte Ltd.
