Beachbody Company (BODY) has released an update.
The Beachbody Company, Inc. is gearing up for its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 4, 2024. Stockholders interested in submitting proposals must adhere to new deadlines, as the meeting date deviates significantly from the previous year’s schedule. For inclusion in the proxy materials, proposals must be submitted by April 11, 2024. Other business, including director nominations not intended for proxy material inclusion, should reach the Corporate Secretary by March 6, 2024. All submissions must align with the Company’s Bylaws and SEC regulations to be considered for the meeting agenda.
