Battery X Metals Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $493,800 through the issuance of units that include common shares and warrants. The funds raised are earmarked for working capital, payables, and marketing services, with a portion contracted to Pivotal CM for corporate awareness efforts. The securities from this private placement will be subject to a four-month hold period, expiring on November 30, 2024.
