Base Resources Limited has announced a significant agreement post quarter-end to merge with Energy Fuels, creating a global critical minerals business, offering Base Resources shareholders a 188% premium on their shares. The merger aims to strengthen the development of the Toliara Project and capitalize on Energy Fuels’ rare earth elements processing capabilities. Meanwhile, Base Resources has adjusted its production guidance upwards due to improved ore quality and successfully transitioned mining operations to a new deposit.
