Barnes & Noble Education (BNED) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Barnes & Noble Education, Inc. has amended its agreement with Mr. Kevin Watson to accelerate the payment of a significant portion of his annual bonus. Mr. Watson will receive two-thirds of his $306,000 bonus for fiscal year 2024 earlier than usual, with the payment of $191,250 due on or around February 2, 2024. The remainder will be paid after the fiscal year ends, in line with other senior executives, adhering to the company’s incentive plan. All other conditions of the original offer remain unchanged.
