Barksdale Resources Corp. has initiated a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $4 million through the sale of over 26 million units to fund exploration activities and their Sunnyside project in Arizona. Key investors like Crescat Capital LLC have already pledged at least $2.5 million towards this effort. The proceeds will also support working capital and other corporate endeavors, with expectations to close the deal by June 25, 2024.
