Baozun Inc., a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, has reported no change in its authorized share capital for March 2024, maintaining 470 million Class A weighted voting rights (WVR) ordinary shares and 30 million Class B WVR ordinary shares. However, the company saw an increase in issued Class A shares, adding nearly 2 million shares for a closing balance of 169.9 million shares. A total of 1.7 million share options were exercised under the 2014 Share Incentive Plan, contributing to a fundraise of approximately USD 1.67 million.
