Baozun Inc., a company with weighted voting rights incorporated in the Cayman Islands, has reported changes in its issued share capital, including issuing shares under its 2015 and 2022 Share Incentive Plans and repurchasing shares on April 3 and April 4, 2024. The share issues were made at a significant discount, with new shares issued at zero cost compared to the closing market price of HKD 5.98, resulting in a total increase of issued shares by 0.89%.
