Bank Of Montreal (BMO) has released an update.
At the recent Bank of Montreal Annual Meeting of Shareholders, all 13 director nominees were elected with a significant majority, KPMG LLP was appointed as auditors for the fiscal year 2024, and the advisory vote on executive compensation was passed favorably. However, shareholder proposals concerning the annual disclosure of non-confidential information, environmental policies, and the CEO pay ratio were overwhelmingly rejected.
