Bank of Georgia Group PLC, listed on the London Stock Exchange, has executed a share repurchase on April 19, 2024, as part of its previously announced buyback programme. A total of 12,500 shares were bought through Numis Securities Limited at prices ranging from 4790.0000p to 4845.0000p, with the average price being 4818.6624p. Following the repurchase, the company will cancel the acquired shares, thus reducing the total number of shares with voting rights, while providing updates on any further buybacks.
