Bank of Georgia Group PLC has announced the purchase of 12,018 shares for its Employee Benefit Trust at an average price of £48.96 per share, which will settle on April 22, 2024. This transaction increases the Trust’s holdings to 429,023 shares, representing 0.94% of the Group’s issued share capital. Post-settlement, the combined trusts will own about 3.15% of the Group’s issued ordinary share capital.
