Banco Santander-Chile (BSAC) has released an update.
Banco Santander-Chile has announced its intention to distribute a dividend of $1.84393687 per share, which is 70% of its 2023 income, with the payout to shareholders commencing from the fifth banking business day in Chile following shareholder meeting approval. The remaining 30% of the income is slated for bolstering the bank’s reserves and/or accumulated profits. Additionally, the bank’s board may consider increasing the dividend distribution above the legal minimum in 2024.
