Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group, has announced the repurchase of 166,169 of its ordinary shares under its ongoing share buyback program, with the shares to be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the company’s total number of voting rights stands at 531,033,318. The repurchase was executed through Numis Securities Limited, with a volume weighted average price of 364.1587 GBp per share.
