Balfour Beatty (GB:BBY) has released an update.
Balfour Beatty PLC has announced the purchase of 152,123 ordinary shares as a part of its ongoing share buyback program, with shares to be held in treasury. The buyback program has resulted in a total repurchase of 12,274,642 shares at an average price of 347.4056 pence each. These treasury shares have no voting rights, leaving the total number of voting rights in the company at 531,872,960.
