Balfour Beatty (GB:BBY) has released an update.
Balfour Beatty PLC has reported the purchase of 164,442 of its own ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program, which was both announced and expanded earlier in the year. The shares were bought through Numis Securities Limited at prices ranging from 376.20 to 379.80 pence per share, with the company planning to hold these shares in treasury. This move has brought the total repurchased shares to 14,141,378, with the overall remaining number of ordinary shares at 530,006,224.
