Baker Technology Limited has announced an update regarding the board directorship of Mr. Chong Weng Hoe ahead of the company’s Annual General Meeting. In addition to his existing roles, Mr. Chong will take on a new position at Bund Center Investment Ltd starting April 24, 2024. Shareholders are set to re-elect board members during the meeting scheduled for April 26, 2024, at the Singapore Yacht Club.
