AZZ Inc. has announced a significant leadership change: Philip Schlom is set to retire as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on November 4, 2024. He will be succeeded by Jason Crawford, an experienced finance executive who currently serves as Vice President of Finance at Precoat Metals, an AZZ subsidiary. Crawford boasts a solid background with roles at Sequa Corporation, Boston Scientific, and CTS Corporation. His compensation as the new CFO will be reviewed by AZZ’s Compensation Committee and disclosed at a later date.
