At the Annual Meeting of Azenta, Inc. stockholders on January 30, 2024, all director nominees were elected, the executive officers’ compensation was approved on an advisory basis, a yearly frequency was recommended for future advisory votes on executive compensation, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was ratified as the independent accounting firm for the fiscal year 2024. The voting outcomes aligned with the Board of Directors’ recommendations, particularly regarding the annual frequency of the advisory vote on executive compensation.
