Axington Inc. has revealed the formation of a joint venture, Achieva Tech Allianz Pte Ltd, with A-Speed Infotech Pte. Ltd. to enhance the distribution of IT products and system integration services across Asia. The new Singapore-based entity, established with a S$200,000 capital, will see Axington holding a majority stake of 55%, while A-Speed Infotech will own the remaining 45%. This strategic move aims to tap into regional market potential and achieve greater efficiencies in the IT sector.
