Axington Inc. has successfully completed its previously announced share consolidation, effective from 9:00 a.m. on June 5, 2024, combining every eight shares into one consolidated share. This strategic move follows the company’s acquisition interests in Achieva Technology Sdn. Bhd and Achieva Digital (Thailand) Company Limited. The consolidated shares will now trade in lots of one hundred and have been updated in the company’s and depository’s registers.
