Avantor is restructuring into two new business segments, Laboratory Solutions and Bioscience Production, starting in the first quarter of 2024. The company has provided unaudited supplemental financial data reflecting these changes, spanning each quarter of 2022 and 2023, and the fiscal years ending December 31 for 2021, 2022, and 2023. This recast financial information is designed to help investors understand the historical impact of the segment realignment and will be incorporated into Avantor’s financial reporting from the first quarter of 2024.
