Avanti Helium Corp. has announced the appointment of Brad Krizan, a seasoned leader with a diverse background in governance and strategic planning, to its Board of Directors. Krizan’s experience spans various industries and includes significant work with First Nations and government agencies. Alongside this new role, he will chair the company’s Audit Committee while the company also grants stock options to certain directors and officers.
