Avanti Helium Corp. has announced an expansion of its non-brokered private placement from 1,250,000 to 2,750,000 Units at $0.40 each, potentially raising $1.1 million. The funds from this offering, which includes common shares and purchase warrants, are aimed at supporting the development of the Company’s Helium Recovery Plant in Montana and general corporate expenses. The offering’s completion is contingent on regulatory approvals, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
