Australian Rare Earths Limited has announced Travis Lee Beinke as a new director, appointed on April 3, 2024. Beinke holds indirect interest through 1,500,000 unlisted options and 1,265,967 performance rights via the Beinke Family Trust. No direct ownership in securities was reported at the time of appointment.
