Aurania Resources (TSE:ARU) has released an update.
Aurania Resources Ltd. is set to advance its exploration program focused on the Kuri-Yawi epithermal gold target in southeastern Ecuador, funded by a planned C$4 million non-brokered private placement. The placement will offer up to 20 million units at C$0.20 each, with each unit comprising a common share and a purchase warrant. Encouraging geological findings from previous drilling and surveys have highlighted Kuri-Yawi as a high-priority area for further exploration.
